Take 2 capsules per day at once (with a meal containing fat). In case of pain, the recommended regimen is as follows: take 2 capsules at the onset of pain and a third capsule two hours later if the pain persists. In cases of severe pain, a dosage of 4 capsules (1200 mg) per day has also been used (for at least 6 months).
