The daily dose of 2 capsules contains 500 mg* of MetabolAid® (extract of lemon verbena (Lippia citriodora Lam. Kunth.) leaves and hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) flowers). Take 2 capsules 20-30 minutes before breakfast or 20-30 minutes before dinner with a small amount of water.
