Vitamin C (0.9g tablet): Vitamin C 100mg (*125%)
Ingredients: L-ascorbic acid (13%), sucrose, glucose, corn maltodextrin, cellulose (E460) as a bulking agent, emulsifier magnesium salts of fatty acids, rosehip (Rosa canina) powder, acidity regulator tricalcium phosphate, acerola cherry (Malpighia punicifolia) powder (0.5%), raspberry (Rubus idaeus) powder, natural blackcurrant flavor and fragrance.

Vitamin E (2g capsule): Vitamin E 168mg / 250 IU ** (1400%*)
Ingredients: D-α-tocopheryl acetate, fully refined soybean oil, gelatin, moisture stabilizer glycerol, water.

START – contents of bag #1 (4x Vitamin C, 2x Multivitamin, 1x Vitamin E)
After 30 minutes, contents of bag #2 (2x Multivitamin, 1x Vitamin E)
After 1 hour, from START, 2-4 tablets from bag #3 (Vitamin C)
After 2 hours, from START, 2-4 tablets from bag #3 (Vitamin C)
After 3 hours, from START, 2-4 tablets from bag #3 (Vitamin C)
After 4 hours, from START, 2-4 tablets from bag #3 (Vitamin C)
