Dosage
The daily dose of 2 capsules contains 880 mg (providing 56 mg (15%)* of elemental magnesium) of ATA Mg® (magnesium acetyltaurinate). *% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV). Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening.
