Magtein® (magnesium L-threonate), excipient magnesium stearate (E572), capsule shell emulsifier hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E464).
Dosage
The daily dose of 4 capsules contains 2000 mg (providing 144mg (38%)* of elemental magnesium) of Magtein® (magnesium L-threonate). *% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV). Take 2 capsules 30 minutes after breakfast and 2 capsules 30 minutes after dinner.
