Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf extract (Relissa®), emulsifier sunflower (Helianthus L.) lecithin (E322), anti-caking agents silicon dioxide (E551) and magnesium stearate (E572), capsule shell emulsifier hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E464).
Dosage
The daily dose of 2 capsules contains 400 mg* of Relissa® lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf extract. Take 2 capsules in the evening (between 6 PM and 9 PM), preferably after dinner. When taken this way, it is recommended to use for at least four consecutive weeks.
