Usage instructions

Ingredients
HydroCurc® turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome extract, inulin, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, capsule shell emulsifier hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E464).
Dosage
The daily dose of 1-2 capsules contains 200-400 mg* of HydroCurc® turmeric (Curcuma longa) extract. Take 1-2 capsules per day (2 hours after or 1 hour before meals, with a small amount of water).
