Quercetin (a plant flavonoid) has a number of health-promoting effects (antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, natural antihistamine, antiviral, antihyperglycemic, contributes to blood pressure regulation, promotes exercise tolerance and recovery, supporter of immune function).
