| Usage | We reccommend to start with 1 capsule (after dinner) daily for 6 days. After that change to 3 capsules a day (2 capsules 30 minutes after breakfast and 1 capsule 30 minutes after dinner). You may also use a more intensive scheme (2 capsules 30 minutes after breakfast and 2 capsules 30 minutes after dinner). |
